Wire Game

Post by josie andrews »

How come we had to move from Sunday to Friday to accommodate Castleford because they had a game the following Thursday & yet, we play Catalan on the Sunday 12th April followed by Warrington on the Thursday 16th!
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

My understanding is teams have a choice to move their games if they want. We have obviously chosen to play on the Sunday. Saturday would have made more sense. It's not as if the Latics are at home either.

Footballers spend 90 minutes pretending they're injured. Rugby League players spend 80 minutes pretending they're not.

It's all down to the lateral shift and playing a lefty on the right and a righty on the left.
