I've just read the full statement on Redvee.net. It's very much "I couldn't allow this" and "I won't accept the other" so there does indeed appear to be a dictatorship in place at KR.
I suppose he is sacked rather than leaving by mutual consent so they don't have to pay him off. Legal proceedings to follow???

Can't see I'm surprised by the sacking. Lets just say Mildred has had issues with certain members of the board since they let Gleeson go.
