Greenwood and Gildart have gone to Salford on loan, should be good for their development.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

With Junior Sa'u out, young Ollie should hopefully get some game time at SL level, any one know how he was performing at Workington.
James Greenwood now has a platform to prove that he is Wigan first team quality and at nearly 24 years of age he needs to be demonstrating that he has that ability.

Hopefully be a good chance for Gildart to try himself. Greenwood needs games too but he had plenty of top flight experience at London last year. He probably needs to impress more than Gildart for his longer term prospects.

Great opportunity for both but particularly Gildart. It will not be easy as Salford are at risk of going on a losing run with so many injured / suspended.

Typical, days after putting a young centre out on loan we lose one of our starting centres with an injury that will keep them out for weeks!
