Andy Farrell gets the chop!

Got anything else on your mind that isn't about the Warriors? If you do, this is the place to post.

Andy Farrell gets the chop!

Post by BriH »

The 'blame game' merchants are out in force. Apparently a 'players group' said AF should take as much blame for England's diabolical RU World Cup performance as Stuart Lancaster.
Easy target - ex-RL. Nowt to do with the useless lumps who played then?
Back to Wigan? Probably not.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Going to cost the RFU anywhere between £1.5 - £2 M in compensation depending on which paper you read!
Leaves Andy a bit 'homeless' unlike Shaun Edwards, who has signed for another 4 years has Welsh assistant coach.
Be interesting to see what happens.
Whatever he does, I wish him well. I'll never forget his contribution to Wigan.

He's still with Saracens though, isn't he? Or have they terminated his contract too??
