EU rows England and Wales

Post by jobo »

Country is divided by the European referendum but I'm sure we are all united in supporting England tonight.

Come on England and to a lesser extent, Wales.

Well I watched the Russia game and the game tonight, it just confirmed for me why our game is so much better, how can you dominate a game as much as England did in both games and not win. There was so much naivety at times ie what was with all the passes and crosses from just outside the box, why on earth not surge on to try and force a penalty. The shooting skills leave a lot to be desired, I can't count how many clear chances were missed in both games by being hurridly kicked straight at the keeper or a defender, who were not made to work to defend the shot.

aarrgghh I will try to avoid watching anymore, it is so frustrating.

Dominant display by England = no goals, less dominant display by Wales = 3 goals.

At least by finishing 2nd in the group, England's next game doesn't clash with our game v Cas.

That's why they wanted a draw, they all wanted to watch a proper mans sport & the greatest game in th world

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
