I think if you win the Grand Final you should have your 1st match of the season at home. Something for the fans to celebrate with a better atmosphere.

We are not. Nor have we ever been. However, we are a town and our stadia reflects that with joint ownership/use. What do you want the first game to be at home and the WCC to be played elsewhere.

No! Just saying that we happen to have won the Grand Final and should be entitled to celebrate with our first game at home. The WCC at home is a given.

I am not sure it matters if the first game of the season is at home or not. The first actual home game will see a great reception for the team I should think.

Be nice of they brought the trophy out.

We always seem rubbish if we kick the season off at home anyway! A win under our belt will do me.
