With the thread bare side we had out, got to be happy with the draw. Thought they were going to blow the chance of 1pt when they were arguing what to do with the penalty - a la Widnes last year !
Need players back for Hull.

It was indeed weird.
Salford played very well, and Daryl Powell was gracious in accepting that they were always going to lose at some stage.
Hudds were definitely up for the game, and for all that it wasn't the greatest spectacle, they didn't play badly. One try from an intercept that was naive on our part.
You appreciate in a game like Sunday's, that when you take experience out of the side (Lockers, Faz, Burgess, Gildart, etc) it shows when you are under real pressure. To grind out a draw was very good effort by the lads. Well done to the debutantes who stood up to be counted.
But yes, we will need more experience next week.
