Hull KR Chairman Peter McNicol said in the Hull Daily Mail just before christmas:
"We're still in negotiations with Harvey Howard which are very positive and are going forward well,"
"George Fairbairn had a conversation with him again today and we do have another meeting scheduled to take place.
"We remain hopeful that he should be signed up in the very near future."
"Harvey coming to the club would be a positive step in the right direction and would act as a sign that we are looking to attract quality."
Harvey? Quality? In the same sentance? If you can bet on worst penalty count by a team in NFP1 next year put your cash on Hull KR because Howard will concede 99% of those penalties for lying on at the tackle. What a lazy git he was!

if i was hull kr i wouldnt waste a chunk of our small budget on harvey howard
