I have compiled his stats from last season against Gale and Sneyd.

I really hope he can kick on this year because if that’s him in a bad season against 2 of the best having played less games than both then this kid is something special.

If he’s at the side of Sam this season with Sam controlling things I personally think they’ll compliment each other and be the pairing of the comp.

Somebody mentioned looking at things for what they are no excuses and it got me thinking hence the comparison.

Now on that same token I thought about other teams and how they have gone about business and to be fair the big boys are all much of a muchness or weaker, Wire still to be decided as they have made a lot of changes so could be brilliant or need 6 months to gel.

Well be there or there abouts.

Well from reading those stats, if George links up with Sam, & the latter gets back to his best, we should have a great halfback pairing ????
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Exactly, it’s all doom and gloom on here lately.

I can’t wait for the season to start!

Well done Wes. For what it is worth, I think that if George can stay fit, if we can retain him and we can get some good forwards to give him room to play in, he will become one of our great half backs.

Thanks Wes, enlightening!

George has impressive stats overall against those two.
Sam going to 6 could be a very good move indeed.
Whether that happens from the start of games or they shift around during a game it should be interesting should they play alongside each other.

A spine of Escare, Sam T, Williams, Leuluai & O'Loughlin is very impressive.

More of a realist, just looking at what’s in front of me, no gloss.

I can assure you that it is much better than being a pessimist.
