Think the original prediction in the first post does Wakefield a disservice. They thrashed us last season and are well coached so I'd add them to the other five clubs from the first post finishing higher than us. So that puts us 7th.

The only one of those six who have not already demonstrated they are better than us is Wire with all their changes. The rest have improved teams that know how to beat us. With Cats also signing some quality we could be in for a long season given our own squad is getting worse each season.

Speaking of Cats, one thing I have noticed about pre-season predictions, both here and elsewhere, is that almost invariably people over-state the Dragons' league position. They are the New Zealand Warriors of the SL in more ways than one, perennial under-achievers.

I agree they do flatter to deceive for me I spell out of SL could have done them the world of good, honestly I think hull kr will get a good run together this season, relegation helped them no end, even Peacock admitted that, sometimes you to go back to go forwards.

Yes I bloody know transfer fees do not count on the salary cap for those illiterates that need it explaining to them because they assume everyone is as thick as they are
