Thread to discuss watching The Superleague Show
Re: Thread to discuss watching The Superleague Show
Well amen to that, but it's a case of being thankful for small mercies. Yet the SLS has to be actively sought out; its viewing figures must be pretty small, shown on Tuesdays afternoons in most of the country. By contrast ITV show their RU highlights show in prime-time. And which shows the better tries?
Re: Thread to discuss watching The Superleague Show
Anyway, I hoped that this thread might be a place to discuss other teams and their tactics, as well as SL in general.

Jeez, Cas were pretty good at Magic, but Leeds sure conceded some soft tries!

We stayed till half time, it wasn't really a contest by then,Leeds were abysmal all game long, couldn't see the point in carrying on watching, went out and got a picture with Shaun Wane as he was getting on the coach ended a really nice day, but boy do Leeds have issues at the moment.

Re: Thread to discuss watching The Superleague Show
Couple of very dodgy looking video ref decisions this week: one for Saints (Richardson's score, was it?) where there certainly looked to be a knock-on, and another very dubious one for Catalans. The saints one IIRC even went up as no-try!
That said, the Saints/Wakey game looked a belter, and the improvement in Cats is massive.

Bloody hell BBC rugby league coverage is rubbish. So is Sky's, but the BBC make me cringe. There is absolutely nothing that would attract a casual viewer.
Robbie Paul, just stop running on the pitch, you idiot! Do they do that in football or rugby union? Do they hell!

And do they advertise Rugby League during half time at a soccer game? Why should we have to see that idiot Linaker with his stupid scraggy beard. BBC really do get it wrong.
