Taken my seat after a surprisingly quick journey to the DW for a bank holiday Friday.

Lockers is not in the team. Isa and Bateman in the back row with Joel at loose according to the team sheet.

As it's May 4th Darth Vader and some stormtroopers and a Wooki have also taken to the pitch.

Gildart in under the sticks. Left the full back for dead. Wigan bombed two tries already. First was due to an appalling pass from Williams to the supporting players shins!

Wigan in again after Salford failed to deal with a kick. Clubb scores. 12-0.

Try for Williams after throwing a dummy near the line. 18-0.

Half time and still 18-0. Wigan started the first half in quite a nervous fashion and made several errors on attack. Gildart try seemed to settle them down.

Salford have offered nothing at all. Shorrocks is playing for them and is doing ok but they have not had much ball.

Wigan finished the half with Escare at 7 and Powell at 9.
