Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

This is now such an important game for us that there wasn't a chance of them dropping Sam, whether we like it or not.
With visits to Hull FC and Cas to follow nothing less than a convincing win will suffice.

Re: 19-Man Squad: Vs Wakefield
We have a lot of other players in the squad for Thursday, not all are superstars.
I think they need our wholehearted support v Wakefield, it’s a bad enough place to go to at the best of times!

I can't believe that not one player has lost their spot that isnt due to a unforseen circustance. A few of the fringe players surely have earned a chance.
Sam should be dropped 1. His involvement in the videos 2. He didnt look bothered vs warrington, perfect chance to give Morgan 80 minutes.
I want to see some pride in he shirt this week wigan!

These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Re: 19-Man Squad: Vs Wakefield
The key problem we face this year is getting Tomkins to play in the halves for the good of the team. He can't/won't run with the ball, so Escare is a better option at 1. I suspect that he is pretty much refusing to play there, and certainly he has less work to do at 1, so he can work on his pointing and passing without having to defend very much.
