Great team. Henry Paul, Tuigamala, Jason Robinson - what fantastic players.

If you live in the present but dwell in the past.
Then you are sure to miss the future

Was always a massive fan of Simon haughton. Big strong lad with speed.
That’s when we were entertained. Started watching Wigan early 90s, best team and era of this club personally for me as a support.
Could watch Shaun Edwards all day long, working his magic

Indeed they were-I went with a bunch of die hard "rugger" chaps and vividly recall the booing Wigan received initially-eventually after Henry Pauls try (on this video-collects ball in his own 25 & skins everyone) one chap said" I'v ejust seen the future of Rugby"..turned out he was right as RU then went professional.Look at Dallaglio playing for Wasps at this tournament and then 3 years later!!.The Bath coach observed after Bath had been battered-a team of big lads v a team of athletes .
It will never happen again-today Offiah//Paul/Faz/Connelly/Robinson etc would be the foundation of the England rfu Team unfortunately and Inga would never have left .
