Got a hot rumour from a source inside the club, or just something you heard down the pub? Then what are you waiting for, post it on The Rumour Mill.

My favourite is Edwards. He's Wigan Rugby League through and through. Also he coached Wigan to our greatest ever win IMO in Brisbane 1994. The idea he's been away too long doesn't go with me. He'd bring in the crowds and bring back excitement to Wigan RL.
Yet we are told he's not to be appointed.

Second favourite would be O'Brien from Melbourne. In a good coaching environment and would, I think, bring immediate success.

You still haven’t said why you are so against Lam Ted!
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

I asked Ted the same question on the 'Adriam Lam' thread Josie, and I didnt get a reply either. I just can't fathom why anyone would be so against that appointment.

At the risk of stating the obvious, probably because he doesn't want to say!

I've asked Ted in a private message and he hasn't given his reasons.

I don't think we should press him further as he clearly has his reasons which he doesn't wish to divulge.

Bit silly then to publicly comment on Lam in the first instance.

Surely people on here are free to express an opinion that they don't want Lam without revealing why? Isn't this a free country?

Ted is a solid poster who talks sense, I'm sure he has his reasons for not wanting to say more on the subject..
