In aid of St Pats U12's Aussie Tour 2007

There will be a legends table
MC for the evening Malcolm Lord
Guest Speaker Neil Holding
Comedian Frankie Allen
Meal
also academy table

Louise, I'm sure it's for a good cause (but can we have a "Fraggle gets to go Down Under" fundraiser as well?) but I'm not sure if you'll get too many people going with Neil Holding as one of the attractions. Some of his half-time comments a couple of seasons ago led to complaints to the police that he was potentially going to cause a riot with insults aimed at the people of Wigan. Maybe he thought it was funny, and maybe some of the crowd over-reacted, but there are good reasons he still gets roundly booed when we go the Safari Park.

Dave Lyon, Chris Joynt, Dean Bell, Martin Dermott, Steve Hampson, Norman Sherrington, Billy Boston, Shaun Wane, Phil Clarke, Colin Clarke, Ged Byrne, Mike Forshaw, Greame West.

Many thanks to Brian Doran and Geoff Winnard for their tremendous effort with this event. The tickets are going like hot cakes.
approx 30 tickets left out of 250 not bad going eh? :)

Much more repsectable than 'bucket begging' for a cheap trip to Aus though. It seems more worthy a cause if you get something for your donation. Bit of give and take!
