Where does the buck stop?

At the top in my view. We can blame Lam all we like but swop those squads and we will win under any coach. IFL and Rads need to be ruthless and get away from the jobs for the boys attitude.

Rads and lenegan are the problem. If roads resigned we'd know where we stand .
