Do a search for previous discussions about "legends". Outside of the obvious ones like Boston, Sullivan, Hanley, Gregory et al, legends seem very much subjective. Personally I like my legends to be great throughout their entire careers rather than just a short time. Ok, so he went off to play the other sport before returning to league, but he's not as much as legend as, say, Steve Renouf who was still doing the biz when he retired. You can't seriously say BJ was worth a shirt as Castleford? Lots of people have their legends as being people who did the business for just a couple of seasons at Wigan, I'm not convinced that's enough to make someone a legend.

Oh dear. Perhaps you could spend your school holidays trying to research famous tv characters from the 80's and 90's to find out why a Wigan rugby fan might have picked this particular fraggle amongst all the others as his picture.

And in any case, how do you know I'm not green with orange hair?

I've not edited any of your messages, I merely changed the quote. Anyone can do that and people do that on here often. However, if you look on the front page of the message board you'll see a list of moderators, and my name amongst them. If you lot keep on with accusing people of having some kind of mental disorder, then I will do my job and edit or delete those messages.

Isn't Kanyon another of these so-called wrestlers? That WWF/E/whatever stuff hasn't been the same since the likes of Brutus Beefcake and the Iron Sheik all retired.

I wouldn't have noticed. Don't watch any of that stuff anymore, I've not had access to Sky for several years but it's not as good now as it was back in the 80's. It's too much like a soap opera these days, with all the so-called grudges between different wrestlers, rivalries between shows that are actually all owned by the same organisation, more talking than wrestling... But it's still better than watching Giant Haystacks and Big Daddy (and wouldn't Eorl Crabtree be a much better prop if he were the same shape as his more famous relative?!)
