Well? the Stains want our support (money)
SHould we go?
I have a confession - I went to the first match in the 1998 World Club Championship at St Helens. I thought more fans would come from other teams - I had a Manly type crowd in my mind, but I was mistaken. There were hardly any fans of other clubs there. I am obviously more on my own with my fanatical dislike of the Aussies than other RL fans. I'd support any team against them. Maybe this time, I'll watch in the pub like a couple of years ago. I'll still want Saints to stuff em though.

I could never ever bring myself to shout for those fat lard arse Union players ever.I hate Union with a passion,even more than i hated St Helens and Tommy Martyn's grin after they beat us 19-0!!!
I dont hate the Aussies really,i enjoy watching the NRL and they have some unreal players in Joey Johns,Brad Fittler,Darren Lockyer etc. but at the end of the day its like GB V Australia and i cannot justify supporting another country over my own so its 'come on Saints' in both games for me.
I can only hope in both games Saints players pick up loads of niggly injurys that will come back to haunt them later in the year.

I hate to say it but.....
COME ON YOU SAINTS!!!
I absolutley HATE RUGBY PUNYION! Id support the Nazis or the BNP before i'd shout for ANY union side, In fact if i won the lottery id do my upmost to destroy Rugby union with the money i won even if it cost me all my winnings!!
Saints i hate also but they do play our glorious game and we need strong teams like saints in order for League to survive.
This i guarantee you however, If saints win the National papers will have a tiny column about the game, If Sale win it'll be a full page with a title like " Union too strong for League" or some S~~T like that?
By the way does anybody else know when paul newlove signed for Wakefield? I saw his name mentioned after thier game against Leeds.

Wiganers can always surport another team when Wigan are not involved for the good of the game. Be possitive we are Wigan Rugby League fans above all that childish stuff. This isn't soccer!

Against the aussies i think i would shout for saints but against sale it would have to be sale. Have u seen Mark Cuerto hes well fit so im afraid he and sale get my vote.

yeah robinson may be a splitter but at least hes no scouser...i h8 the union and the bias they get but at the end of the day this is st helens...
anyway i hope sale do em over, go to their msg board on rlfans, they think its gona be a pushover for em like bath a few years ago...nothing better than beatin em last year, their new glory hunting fans are so cocky....urghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

i will be backing sale all the way. it is saints after all and we hate em. any other team and i would av supported league. will be supporting sale for fact robinson plays for em an he is a class player. i would like league to win but wud rather see saints lose.
