I think WF85 is right he seems to be a guy who needs to be wanted but also give back using his position. He understood what the Salford club was to those few fans they had who love their club just as we do and he hit a chord with them which branches out into community projects etc.
Wigan is a bigger fish but with a lot more potential for community interactions which, I think, is a benefit to the whole of RL.
Just hope he keeps his head right
