Very good question indeed and one way or another it needs clarification ASAP! Jet2 have cancelled flights to France, personally id say it doesn't look too promising!

And also cancelled to Spain, so Barcelona option is out I presume ? And if they've been out of the country, would they need to isolate on return to France ?
Just can't see this match going ahead.
