When a player cries, it shows their heart's completely in it and it shows their enthusiasm and desire to win. i think that if every player put all into the game and/or competition and lost then they they would all cry. That is the type of passion that rugby players should have in our game (i am not saying that if a player doesnt cry then he hasnt put all in but you get my drift.....)
