It's not his training methods because that gave us a better defence it's the continuation of the deadly slow movement of the ball across field that gives opposition defences loads of time to organise and and stop attacks. Our most likely way of scoring is still the grubber or tactical kick for the left wing or centre to score. Lam's main innovation seems to be to just stop doing it.

Ide say bevan is Definately more exciting to watch although sam in his early season was awesome…… i thought we slso played great stuff in wanes first season after maguire……. The wigan saints game at man citys ground was one to remember…..waney had lockers smith and green which was a fantastic combination for attack

You may feel sorry for ST holders but if they generally had your attitude there'd be no club for you to be a passive fan of!👍
