Vote for your Player of the Year
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

I’ve voted for him as well. Unsung hero, just gets on with it, no flair no pomp, just a grafter

Probably Liam Farrell, he has been very consistent at centre or second row.
Joe Shorrocks must be a contender, a silver lining in a very dark cloud this season!!!

The same reasons I voted for him it’s not been a season anyone has covered themselves in clover but he just gets on with it,plus an excellent beard toojosie andrews wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 5:41 pmI’ve voted for him as well. Unsung hero, just gets on with it, no flair no pomp, just a grafter

Re: Vote for your Player of the Year
To me the player of the yard should be someone who has made the most impact, not someone who has played most games or just plays his heart out for the club.
Last week someone at the Leeds game said it has to be either Bibby, Powell or ISA.
What a poor season its been if that's our best 3.
Hastings for me if its for performance.

Strong seasons from Liam Farrell, Kai Pearce Paul and Joe Shorrocks.
For me though, it has to be Jackson Hastings, who I think will be a significant loss next season. Without Jackson's game management this season, we'd be in deeper shit!

Re: Vote for your Player of the Year
While I fully agree Hastings will be a big loss next season I think I hampered us this season. He tried to do everything and didn't let anyone else have a say in the plays. Again not to say he's not a good player but when he tries to do it all himself then the opposition doesn't have to do anything but shut him down.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.
