Matty Smith
Matty Smith
Not even on a wind up.... He's popped into the "which half back should we sign" conversation - as in someone suggested signing him

I would sign Luke Gale, he should be available and he could give Zak a lift over on his way.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Hey, he was instrumental in us winning plenty games, I thought he was a good player!

Re: Matty Smith
I very very much doubt we do actually explore the possibility of signing him but honest to God it has been mentioned. Danny Richardson & Luke Gale are others that have been discussed but Miller is still the preferred option.Wigan_forever1985 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 07, 2021 3:11 pmthe fact i cant write this off as a joke tells me everything i need to know about where wigan are

Agreed. We have seriously missed his kicking, game management etc. Never really replaced him did we?fozzieskem wrote: ↑Thu Oct 07, 2021 5:00 pmHe was certainly better than some would have you believejosie andrews wrote: ↑Thu Oct 07, 2021 3:24 pmHey, he was instrumental in us winning plenty games, I thought he was a good player!
Every good team needs players who do the basic, simple stuff to allow others to flourish.
