Each side will play five additional games next season
The release of the 2022 Super League schedule has sparked excitement as fans plot their way through the season.
After two heavily disrupted campaigns, supporters can look forward to a return to normality next year.
It will be a 27-round competition in 2022, which was the original plan for last season before the coronavirus pandemic forced a rethink.
The much-maligned loop fixtures remain but once again they have taken on a different form with no formula in place for a schedule containing five additional games.
When loop fixtures were first introduced into a 29-round format in 2019 it was essentially odds versus evens on top of home and away games and Magic Weekend.
The teams that finished first, third, fifth, seventh, ninth and 11th played the sides that ended the previous season in second, fourth, sixth, eighth, 10th and 12th.
It is not possible to use the same formula for a 27-round competition but the 2022 loop fixtures have been dished out in a similar way.
The teams that finished in odd positions in 2021 play the rest of the sides in that half of the competition and vice versa.
Magic Weekend is one of the five loop fixtures next year, with each side playing two at home and two away.
Here are the loop fixtures for each club.
Catalans Dragons
Warrington Wolves (Magic Weekend), Leeds Rhinos, Castleford Tigers, Huddersfield Giants, Salford Red Devils.
St Helens
Wigan Warriors (Magic Weekend), Hull KR, Hull FC, Wakefield Trinity, Toulouse Olympique.

Every club's 2022 Super League loop fixtures as formula explained
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
