SAINTS' win at Warrington Wolves last night was marred by a minority of the travelling support's behaviour.

A number of flares were set off - with one extinguished on the pitch.

And fans reported beer and bottles being thrown, with fellow supporters being hit.

It was as untimely as it was unsavoury - coming the day after the RFL announced fines for misbehaviour by Warrington, Castleford and Hull KR supporters.

A number of fans took to social media last night to voice their concerns.

We have the same problem with some of our fans sadly!
Sadly true, until those in charge come down heavily on clubs, who in turn will be forced to act all that'll happen is as yiu say a bit of a slapped wrist and nothing more

Wait till you watch our highlights the ref totally ruined that game. 12 points from penalties to hull!

But you won't see those penalties in the highlights. Have to wait for the full game.

Thought wolves were very unluckily to lose the match. Taking away some ref calls to be able to handle the pressure and force the errors they did vs Saints must surely be the turning point of the season.

Lost by a kick and if the young winger had tried to kick the ball instead of pass it there was a 50/50 chance of a try.
