Cade Cust Injury

Post by Bob the Builder »

Is the deafening silence from the club on Cade Cust injury good news or bad news? Very quick to give an update on glass built Thornley but nothing about Cade. Surely he's had specialist appointment and is aware of the extent of the damage.

I asked him yesterday &
Cade told me 5 weeks 😊
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

There may be more than just a dislocationπŸ€”

If he's damaged ligaments around the elbow then likely longer recovery that a straightforward dislocation.

I did my shoulder and carried on playing, ended up doing it a few times and having to have a full reconstruction. Wish I’d taken the time to get it right the first time.

Not everyone who dislocates their shoulder needs surgery?
