New online store

Post by josie andrews »

Wigan Warriors are pleased to confirm that our new look online store is now live for ordering HERE.

The online retail system underwent an upgrade this week and is now live. The new look store allows fans to browse the range of replica kits, training wear, clothing and other merchandise with ease from the comfort of their own home.

With the support of Retail & Sport Systems, the website has a fresh look and gives the fans an easier online shopping experience. Take a look at it HERE.

Speaking on the launch of the new website, Head of Retail, Nicola Prior, said: “We recognise that shopping habits have changed and that online shopping is now the first point of call for many people.

“The new site which is run by a dedicated sports retailer, who also work alongside other professional sports Clubs, allows fans to shop in an easier and more efficient way. The change over also allows our processes to be quicker and more efficient behind the scenes.”

Please note that anyone shopping on our new website from Wednesday 15th will need to register again for an account.

You can also visit our Club Store at Robin Park Arena, though fans are reminded that there are temporary changes to our opening hours this week due to the upgrades to the store.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Still a poor website to navigate around and still disjointed and clunky. Needs a proper looking at Wigan Warriors

i personally disagree in relation to the club kit but also had a quick navigate around the rest, and it seemed very easy. select the header / sub header and a page (s) with relevant information was presented

quickly looking at the club kit and it was simple (big photos of the different kit types) click on them and the range shows straight away. It was also very quick to return the result, which is unusual in a lot of websites (taking into account the network you are working on)

so to be honest i am actually quite impressed with it and hope that it is kept up to date with items / availability
