Castleford are in the middle of sorting out financial problems at the club but once they are sorted they are going to launch a bid for Danny Sculthorpe, wouldnt surprise me if millward gave him away.

Yeh, read this story in the Express today.

If we're set to offload Sculthorpe you have to think that a new signing has to be lined up.

Maybe we're trading off a forward to enable us to recruit a quality centre or half back.

Not exactly a replacement as we already use him. Sculthorpe is a good young British talent, he may struggle with injuries and his temper, but look at Thackray at hull, they give him a chance and he's turned his whole career around. We should keep sculthorpe, we've already made one mistake getting rid of Newton.

if they let him go i think that would weaken our pack scully is our best go forward player and with higham supporting him next year we could be in for a treat

If we have orr + moran, radlinski and the hookers all fully fit, then Scully will be in his element, all them players know what he's capable of and hopefully Radders will be back to full fitness and will go looking for his offloads.

I certainly think we lacked support in any form. The occasional time Moran or Newton would be there. Orr and Newton seemed to have some kind of bond forming towards the end of the season and that worked pretty well. But hopefully with Radlinski back and the half backs in their 2nd season together, we should have a lot more support and hopefully a lot more tries will come from it.

i think we all do. wigan isnt wigan without decent half-backs running play around the field.
