Karl Fitzpatrick talking rubbish as per usual, Jake was aware of Wigan's interest before he went on loan to Wire and Wigan is where he ultimately wanted to end up, he went to Wire to get out of Huddersfield & try play himself into contention for the world cup.

Reading this, you hardly get the feeling that Uncle Daryl has a carefully laid out plan for the
Wire squad! Yet when they were just managing to avoid relegation last year, we were led to believe that he needed a season to build the squad he wanted.
