Wigan have been hit with yet another blow to their forward pack with Brad Singleton sustaining a long-term injury.

The 30-year-old forward was forced from the field inside just five minutes against Warrington at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, with the Warriors claiming a 13-6 victory with 16 men in Round Nine.

Head coach Matt Peet has confirmed a timeframe for the ex-Ireland international, who has played in all but one game for the Warriors so far this season.

Harvie Hill, getting big raps from Toulouse coach 😊

A fantastic prospect, credit to himself and the club.

It would be great to see Harvie get some game time but I'd be surprised if he's expected to be in the match day squad for eight weeks. Looking forward to seeing him on Sunday though.

Fair point, an extended chance for Mago as well. There are several other Reserves props who could be given a chance - Hill is a great prospect in terms of Rugby ability, some of the others are maybe more direct runners.

Apparently signed for Salford for 2024. With Cooper possibly calling it a day and Mago not performing. Could we see an influx of props coming next season?

Mago won’t be here next season irrespective of his form.

Disappointed with Mago to be fair Chariots. Had the making of a feka or a Jeff Lima. He would have been half decent a while ago but teams are so fit now 20 mins prop isn’t enough

Got to get this signing right. if cooper retries we need 2 prop signings. Don’t lump the pressure on a young lad to fill the void of 3 experienced props. Pretty confident in saying Thompson won’t be coming so there’s a good amount of money to get 2 good props in
