Paul Wellens accuses RFL of failing to protect players as St Helens suffer four injuries involving same player

Got something to discuss about RL in general? Then this is the place to post it.

Pot and kettle springs to mind after watching last night's Stains v Leeds game, James Bell seems to be using the Asiata approach to tackling, by throwing himself at players legs.
Didn't hear Wellans apologize for it after the match

Weirdly, he didn't see anything wrong with his players challenge on Cooper?

not sure if Asiata did Dupree in the 2nd half yesterday. Will need to watch it back again to see the tackle, but Dupree stayed down for a second and then went off shortly afterwards

Yes he did then another leigh player dropped on his chest like a bag of spuds! Horrible type of tackle 😕
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
