London away 9 March

Post by Great grandad Harry ball »

I purchased in mid-January (via London Broncos web-site) 2 x £49 hospitality for the 9 March London v Wigan.
E-mail receipt provided and order number given but since then nothing. Have e-mailed twice but no response. Anyone got any ideas?

I’ve rang & emailed several times regarding disabled parking.

Apparently London only have around 5 permanent staff everything else is through a call centre. Who take all your details with the promise someone will be in touch within 24-48 hours! I’ve phoned & emailed several times until I’m blue, God forbid, in the face!!

There isn’t any parking at the stadium, at least not for away fans, from what I can gather & no street parking.

Found a number today, rang and was promised a response in 24 hours. 10 minutes later the phone rang and hopefully I'm sorted, assuming that the e-mail with the details arrives!

I’ve finally got our tickets!

After several phone calls & emails with no replies

After one email to a guy, I got a reply by email, with a request to ring the sender.

After several attempts on the ticketing website which, although I kept selecting my seats, adding them to the basket but by the time I got to the payment page my basket was empty.

This happened several times & the very nice guy who was helping couldn’t believe it, he was on the same site watching what was happening. I told him, "you’re not the only club with online ticketing problems"!

He tried to call the ticket company but couldn’t get a reply. Sounds familiar 😂

Anyway, in the end, he had to order the tickets & then he phoned me back for me to pay over the phone!

We were on the phone that long altogether he’s going to come & see me at the game so he can meet me face to face & have a chat 😂
