The Match Review Panel have handed Brown a Grade B charge.
Jack Brown will miss Hull FC's game against Catalans Dragons after being handed a one-match suspension by the RFL's Match Review Panel. The 23-year-old has been slapped with a Grade B Dangerous Throw/Lift charge.
Brown, who has played in all three of Hull's games so far this season, has received the higher end of the charge, which puts him out of Saturday's game in Perpignan.
However, the Airlie Birds will be boosted with the return of Herman Ese'ese in the South of France, who has served his two-game suspension after a Head Contact charge during the opening round derby defeat. Ese'ese was sin-binned for the incident.
Franklin Pele will serve the final game of his three-match suspension and will be available for Hull's round-five game against Leigh Leopards next week.
Elsewhere in Super League, Huddersfield Giants hooker Adam Milner and St Helens centre Konrad Hurrell have been handed one-match bans for head contact. Milner received a yellow card in the Giants' defeat at Wigan, with Hurrell's clash of heads with Ricky Leutele not even picked up by the match officials.
Leeds Rhinos forward James Bentley has also received one game for striking after retaliating to Tariq Sims' high hit. All were Grade B charges. John Asiata has avoided further punishment after his yellow card for a challenge on St Helens' Sione Mata'utia

Hull FC handed latest disciplinary blow as Jack Brown receives suspension
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
