Good win for Hull.
Wonder if this is the last game for Smith?
Bad defeat for Leeds.

Next week they have the pleasure of entertaining Leigh.
After their win in France today Leigh will be buzzing.
Leeds, on the other hand, seem in complete disarray.

It’s been 7 years since the last of that special generation retired quite how they are still in a rebuilding stage is baffling of course it does take a few years I fully accept that but even with Wigan when they lost lockers you knew a time was coming for the transition but at the seasons end you could see progress year on year but Leeds seem stuck in a time warp with a head coach who it seems to me isn’t up to the huge task in hand.

It’ll be interesting to see how much control Blease take from uncle Gary he gets full control then yes they’ll finally be on their way even it takes a few more years if not well more of the same

If this is the general-purpose 'non-Wigan SL games' thread:

Watched Cats/Leigh last night. I knew the result (but not the score). I expected a quality contest, and thought Leigh would have had to have been really good to win in France. Well, in truth, Leigh didn't have to be that good; they were certainly the better side, but they made plenty of mistakes and offered Cats plenty of opportunities. But the French side's toothlessness in attack is becoming painful; 160 minutes against the Leopards, and can't score a try. That's pretty poor. And I can't see the decline being arrested much by short-term signings like Makinson, whose best years are surely behind him.

I don’t understand your statement above?

It seems perfectly clear to me, Josie. But it seems you always have a quibble of some sort.

No I don’t!

I genuinely just don’t understand why you would put that. I’m sorry if I don’t follow what you mean, why can’t you just explain why you put it in what is the General Forum for non Wigan Warriors news!
