We could do with him getting a ban. They're the form team at the moment and very impressive. I don't see them dropping any points from now unless we beat them. That means that we can't afford to lose again ourselves if we want top spot.

Catalans Dragons coach Steve McNamara reacts after Mikey Lewis biting allegation
Catalans' Cesar Rouge accused of biting but coach Steve McNamara would be 'surprised' if action is taken
Catalans Dragons coach Steve McNamara was fuming after a biting allegation, against his full-back Cesar Rouge, made by Hull Kingston Rovers' half-back Mikey Lewis.
The incident took place in the second half of Rovers' impresive 36-4 win over Catalans during Magic Weekend on Sunday at Elland Road, while the Robins led 22-4. Lewis made a complaint to the referee and the incident was put on report.
Speaking at his post-match press conference about Rouge, McNamara said: "I spoke to him. That needs looking at. Because there are two blokes standing and one bloke puts his hand in the other bloke's mouth and pushes down on it. You can't have a biting allegation on that. That's wrong. Cesar is in there pretty upset that he's been alleged of a bite. He's done nothing but put a hand in his mouth. I'd be very surprised if there's any action taken against Cesar on that."
On the game, McNamara said: "Rovers were very good, you've got to give them credit for that without a doubt. They were too good. They made us do some things we didn't do well. But at the same time I thought our complete lack of resilience in the second half was really poor. That's really disappointing for us.
"We lost a lot of players during the game and I thought we looked so, so tired in the second half. In the first half both teams completed really high - we conceded soft tries in that first half. We looked reasonably threatening with the ball. But second half we capitulated."

If Cesar is found ‘not guilty’ Lewis should be given a ban for false accusation.
But Lewis is now the new ‘Golden Child’ so I’d be surprised to see anything being done against him

it was proper the boy who cried wolf and i hope he gets banned for it
you cant stick your hand into someone elses mouth, and then claim to have been bitten. If it was a clear bite and Rouge had made the action, then fair enough, but this cheating / play acting is getting on my nerves now, and needs to be stamped out of the game. Lewis had 1 thing in mind, and that was to get the Catalan attacking threat sent off

The same was said of HKR before the CC Semi-final. It is still in our hands.

Never mind that Josie, we have to be more concerned with the chance of Ellis getting a long ban for putting his hand round the throat of the Stains player late on in the game on Saturday.

Lewis uses Jedi mind tricks on referees - thet just don't see his tricks
Thoght ref did well up to the hooley where the allegations took place, Lewis runs in (yellow card?), pushes Fages in the face (yellow/red card?), pushes Rouge in the face and puts his fingers into his mouth (yellow?).
Instead we are talking about him being the injured party, what were sky doing in the post match interview letting Lewis give his side of the incident (poor form).

That Lewis spouted off about it on tv for me means he should be fined at the very least but no,nothing seems to be happening at all
