Eckersley was mentioned on RL Fans last week too, by a regular Saints poster on the Wigan forum. He hadnt got it from his usual source, but said Wigan had offered him a contract and Saints were monitoring as he believed he had turned it down. Wigan want to keep him, but he wants a bit more than being offered and we cant get him under the cap ??

Can’t really be losing Eckersley, as well as his good form so far we don’t have much cover at all at centre. I think only Cooper Isa and Hampshire out of contract this year so got a bit of time to sort it

He signed today didn’t he? Must admit I thought it was a typo as for Eckersley it’d be a shame if Wigan lost him got a big future I think that lad

Maybe I shouldn't judge people by my own poor standards

I can't see Eckersley being true as he still has time on his contract so we would have to negotiate a fee which I don't see happening

Neither can I see the Eckersley rumour being correct but the Feldt one was

Feldt has been a great winger.Very solid and great under the high ball.Hes defo lost pace and at 32 i think hes a gamble
