Re: Play-Off Semi-Final Tickets on sale
They may be on sale but not really readily available as yet. As the website tells us "it's quicker to get your tickets online" except of course it isn't if you want you own seats before 5pm on Monday. I Just spent two hours ten on the phone to secure our tickets. Started at number 28 in the queue. The ticket office will be closed tomorrow and Sunday. If you can't get to the ground I'd be wary about waiting on the phone unless you're well down (or is it up?) the queue when you start. You may be better sitting with your laptop/phone ready at 5pm on Monday and grabbing your seats quickly when they all come on general sale. Assuming that the system doesn't crash you should be fine, What could go wrong?

You can book your own seats (if you are a season ticket holder) online by logging into your account, it has my seat already reserved in my account, I am just struggling to book one of my other seats as I want to change it to an adult ticket instead of a childrens one, but it just keeps giving me an error message.southportcdm wrote: ↑Fri Sep 20, 2024 3:44 pm They may be on sale but not really readily available as yet. What are you talking about?? If you’re a season ticket holder & registered on the online ticketing site you can get your own seat no bother. I got four, including myself, season tickets online who are on my network this morning without any trouble. Three of those four sit in the West stand.southportcdm wrote: ↑Fri Sep 20, 2024 3:44 pm They may be on sale but not really readily available as yet. I went down to the ticket office this morning to get two tickets for someone who wasn’t in my network & the staff at the ticket office put them on my network for next time & sold me their tickets. They sit next to me in the East stand.

I can see my other season tickets in my 'network' and it's says I can allocate them tickets and they can allocate them to me, but don't know how to allocate the SF tickets to the one account, any ideas Josie???josie andrews wrote: ↑Fri Sep 20, 2024 4:55 pmWhat are you talking about?? One thing I would change if I were IMG is that season ticket holder should get into playoff game free as part of their ticket. I'd like to see the playoffs being the best attended games of the season, with the best atmosphere. I think they are often some of the worst attended as its an extra expense for everyone. I know the clubs would take a hit on the extra ticket sales for the next few years, but I would say that over the next 10 they will see a benefit as the playoffs become "must-see" events just like they were in the first few years. Eventually, charging for season ticket holders can come back in, but only when the games are regular sell-outs.

I bought a non season ticket seat in the West Stand for a friend last night in the Robin . Season ticket seats were blanked out but the rest were available to buy .

Re: Play-Off Semi-Final Tickets on sale
i am getting the vibe that if you can't buy a ticket online you must be a bit thick, well that's me, I've tried until i'm blue in the face but it isn't having it. I am a season ticket holder and want to secure my normal seat in E6, TM wants to put me on the back row, I want my usual seat so I opted to select from the site map option, no good it's showing my seat as unavailable as is the case with the bulk of the seats in the east stand. Am I wrong or have season ticket holders got priority until 5pm on Monday?
Bloody nightmare.
