Just thought it is worth saying welldone to Kevin Brown on Friday against Huddersfield. I went to the game and then also watch the video from micron. I have to say that Brown had a good game and for these reasons:

1. The timinig of his pass was exceptional e.g. hansen's try.
2. He looked like he was doing a lot of organising for players running off him.
3. And finally, he looked as if he was under orders to play to a solid game plan and not do anything irrrational.

Give the lad a chance, and im sure he will shine. He is a very skillful ball handler which is essential at standoff and he also looked a lot more on the same wavelength with moran than Danny orr ever has!!!

Rumour that siants are favorite to sign Barret!!

Kevin Brown is a good player who lacked abit of confidance for the past few seasons. Danny Orr and Denis Moran were to similar in their playing styles and basically canceled each other out at half back.

I was impressed with Browns defence against Huddersfield for a small guy he hit pritty hard.

As for Trent Barrett if Millward doesn't want him then there is obviously a reason, maybe he thinks it's a waste of money when he could find younger players (or just use academy player) for less.

Seems strange that Stains would want Barrett when they've brought in Pryce - who came so that he could play at 6 and push for a GB spot.

There is a quote from Anderson saying Pryce is not the foinished artical at stand off.

Maybe they want Barrett and will relegate Pryce to a different position and the above is the start of a gentle let down for Pryce.
