we have touch on this subject befor, but I thought that after tonights disaster, I would reitterate.
If you look at the recent past, when a town or city have a SL team and a PL team, as on does well the other one falters, ie LEEDS, BRADFORD. now add to this list WIGAN.
If the Latics continue to rise I predict our demise, ther is statistical proof.

either statistical certainty or the fact that we have men at the helm who believe that they are more important than the team or the club.

the latics have nothing to do with our current situation. i still think when we get everybody back we,ll string a run of wins together but rather than sack millie i think we need to get rid of mo .we,ve sacked to many coaches ,although i would like to know are the players at each others throats or is their gripe with millie. and one more thing i wish work was over so i could go to bed even the people who know nothing about wigan are keeping me going. he who laughs last .................is slow on the up take

We can't keep sacking coaches, however we can't let players carry on playing so bad. There has to be an underlying factor. Maybe they don't like IM maybe some don't get on (Orr, Moran). They are a team of proffesional sportsmen allegedly so they should play to the plan.
Something has got to be wrong, the solution is not going to happen over night, but I feel ML needs to go and take some of the dross he's bought with him.

Salford doing well and Man Utd doing fine and being the biggest club in football sort of defeats your half baked troll post.
