to put it politely with this away shirts rule that Superleague seem to have brought in.
On Saturday there we all were in our various years red and white shirts ( apart from the odd eccentric in a blue shirt) and the team appear in their blue outfit.
In the good old days (well upto 3 seasons ago) the teams only wore their away strips if there was a clash with the home teams colours as when we played Stains for example. Last night there was no clash at all with the Giants strip, we should have been wearing our proper red and white.
It strikes me that we are aping the round ball game in having two shirts just to con more money out of the fans. Its not on, lets start a movement for the Cherry and White shirt home and away.
