paul johnson anyone?
heard from a a teacher at school that he will be at wigan by the end of the week. it's a very reliable source considering he knows the wigan physio. it's supposedly going around the wigan camp that he will join by the end of the week.

He's a decent utility player, a bit like Stephen Wild, but I don't think he's worth using a 20/20 spot for, even though we're crying out for a centre.
Unless it's a short-term deal just for the rest of the season.

I'm dubious about this, but I'll tell you something: if it happened it would resolve our 'weak tackling in the centres' problem.

Re: paul johnson anyone?
Why would someone who wanted to get away from wigan as much as paul, want to come back?

i think he should just get over wigan he is established at bradgord there is no need for him to come back we have enough SR

Perhaps he does, but there's other players i'd have over him at wigan who like playing for noble. He seems to have hit form these last 12months or so, i reckon it would be stupid moving to wigan when hes established at Bradford.DaveO posted:Perhaps he likes playing for Noble?mrs_carney posted:

I think Noble could be the key rather than Wigan. I used to question Noble's selection of Johnson for GB, but he never seemed to have a bad game.DaveO posted:Perhaps he likes playing for Noble?mrs_carney posted:

Despite still having some weak points in his game (dropsies and penalties in the tackle), he's continued to improve at the Bulls and would bring some size and defensive steel to the centreline.
