Agreed, if we had a half decent scrum half tonight we would have won. Everyone else muscled together and whilst we weren't brill, we did the basics and defended well.
We lack in attack because our half back hasn't got a clue and cannot kick to save his life. He really is the weak link and needs to go now.

I agree despite my user name but I have said before he should go and take O'loughlin with him.
I watch under 11's kick better than the pair of them.
Every time we get near the oppositions line its crying out for a grubber kick which we never seem to use these days.
Sorry gang but were in free fall without a parachute.

Noble has been quick to drop Brown who seemed to be Milly's blue eyed boy so lets see if he tries something to solve this problem.
The question is though, what can he do?
Getting rid or dropping Moran is only solving half the problem. We have to replace him with someone, but who?
Any half back the club tried to sign now would know Barret is coming next season so signing anyone new is a bit of none starter.
Coyle in the U21's is supposed to be way off SL standard yet so replacing Moran with him can't be right.
The only thing I can think of is Orr at s/h and "someone else" at stand off. Not Lockers (hes pap at stand off) so again, who do we play there?
Could we actually be better off with Orr at s/h and Brown at s/o? No...
I do agree Moran has got to go as I think at the moment we'd be better off with 12 men on the pitch than with him in the side.

Agreed, except that I'd say "half-backs" plural.
Haven't watched the full video yet, although I did look at that try of Richards, just to confirm what I saw on the big screen - yep, it was a try.
Much better defence overall, which is about the only plus, but the attack was completely inept - everything stopped whenever Moran or Orr got the ball, and the kicking game was atrocious.
It must be time to try Higham at 7, and Brown at 6 - bad as KB is, he's got to be better than either of those two, who both get '0' ratings from me.
Edit: might change my mind slightly, having watched some of the video. Given that it was Moran who put Feca through, and created Richards's "try", I'll change his rating from 0 to 1. Orr still gets a 0 though, which is precisely what he created.

Lockers wouldnt play either. If he is our best and captain god help us. Not trained on, not good enough.
