I'm really not concerned with what they've got to say about us, and perhaps they should note that if the league were to change any rules, then their own management would have had to agree to that as all the clubs are represented on the board of SLE.Dawber posted:

I don't think Quins owe us anything because I am prety sure Mo was opposed to them being saved. Either that or he wanted them to have points deducted which may have seen them relegated.
And I don't think Saints would vote for an expansion to save Wigan as McManus and Co do seem to have a problem with dealing with Wigan as shown by the Newton/Higham saga.
That said it is a majority decision of the SL chairmen that would see the rules changed. Not sure how big a majority is required (e.g. 2/3 or something more than just one over 1/2) but even with a simple majority I just can't see enough if any SL chairmen voting for this.
The simple reaosn is that they would loose money with a 13 team league.
