can anyone tell me who played stand off v wires,
i was unable to go to the match, the team that i read in paper put graham at s/off tell me this was a missprint,

It wern't a missprint Nick Graham did play stand off coz Faz played loose forward!

it appears we are more desperate for as/off than i thougt, surely we have a s/off in our under 21s, if not then why not bring back the orrel s/off.

Because he is worse than anything else we have.
O'Loughlin was out injured and it appears Raper did not want to go with Kevin Brown who is only 17 or 18 has great potential and is a stand off.
Maybe he will get a game this week of O'Loughlin is still out??

why not bring phil jones in from orrell? hes a good player and im sure he'd jump at the chance

I thought I'd already answered that
Hes not good enough, which is why he is at Orrell now.
You can also add the reasons:
We would have to pay him, so might end up over the salary cap.
He probably would not jump at the chance to play for a team who has got rid of him in the first place.
Hes been playing RU so each time he got tackled he would probably let go of the ball
