Billy McGinty

As a Workington Town fan I just wanted to thank Uncle Mo for sacking Billy as academy coach, which meant that he could be appointed as our new Head Coach yesterday !
I'm told that he and Ged Byrne did a fantastic job with your youngsters and that the ones coming thru now are a result of their efforts.
Hopefully he can do the same for us and get us out of the mess we're currently in. Although with out current crop of players we might as well have appointed Paddy McGinty. Or his goat.
Seriously though, can anyone confirm that Billy did a great job at your academy as several of our fans have been slagging him off on our website as having no experience etc
