Never mind the riversiders end of year awards, how about the alternative awards.
My suggestions and nominees as follows:

Totally unbiased presenter of the year. Stevo

Award for consistency. The SL show (what channel and time this week)?

Inane drivel award. Paul Cullen / Stevo.

Ego of the year. Sean Long

Why didn't he play like that at Wigan award. Moran, Hodgy, Aspinwall, Wild.

Quote of the year. IM after being beaten at home by Wire. "thought we defended well and we've got 4 away games on the trot and hope to come back with 8 points"

Hero of the year. Rads

Transfer of the year. Higham to Wigan via Bradford.

Ref of the year. Scrapped!

The no scruple award goes to Lindsay after signing Millward.

The most humiliating and bringing shame to our club award also goes to Lindsay after our biggest defeat to the snakes. (I will never ever forget what he has done to our club after that)

Boy has he got a lot to answer for!!
