Wigans Coaches

It seems everyones on the subject of who's done the most for wigan on the field but who do you thinks done the most for wigan off the field as a coach in the past 20 years.
My personal opinion is Stuart Raper.
I know he's still at the club now but he's doin a great job bringing the young tallent through.
What are your opinions??

i think john monie as bin a good coach at wigan and ellery hanley was also a good coach but stuart raper is bringin through a lot of youngsters! which is a good sign for the future

would have to be Graham Lowe for mine built Wigan into the World force they once were and look to be developing into again.

I thought Dean Bell was the driving force for finding the kids and bringing them through the youth structures, bringing them to the levels required for Raper to pick them. Deano did the same at Leeds, so he should get the credit for the great showings by our young players this year.

I totally agree with that. Monie was a great coach but you have to say that Graham Lowe started it all.

I believe that Deano is doing brilliant work with all the kids and he deserves huge credit.
