Im not having were over the cap...all you have to do is looka t Leeds. They must be spending more than us. Released Mathers and signed Thackray and Toopi!

We cant be over the cap now. Season is not over. The books are looked at after the season. Unless were tens of thousands over ala Bulldogs.

I no. Nobody has accused Leeds of being over the cap.

For us to be in breach of the salary cap we would need to have already spent all of this years allotment - in which case with 6 games left this season we would be in serious trouble.

Surely they can only deem us to be in breach after the season is complete and they have added up all of our payments to players - I am presuming that that players get paid monthly like everyone else?

So unless (as I said earlier) we have all ready spent all of our money then I can't see this as being true.

Furthermore - if we were getting that close to it; surely people like DV etc would have been loaned out/offloaded ASAP to reduce the costs. We have offloaded a lot of players already - I would imagine that even with his severence pay that Moran was on more than Dobson. Seu Seu was probably on a similar wage to Fielden. All of the NL1 players would have almost certainly not been 20/20 too. Radlinski was our highest earner and his contract was cancelled - and he's come back to play for free.

This sounds like the sort of rumour that other clubs would put around.
